About the Company
Our partner is an international company with strong and steady growth. To strengthen its Finance team, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner who will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, supporting performance, efficiency, and long-term strategy through data-driven insights.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning process for the Group;
- Provide insightful financial analysis to challenge and support business performance;
- Deliver clear, impactful financial reporting for senior stakeholders;
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive financial efficiency;
- Support month-end and year-end closings, ensuring accuracy and reliability;
- Collaborate across teams to improve processes, tools, and reporting frameworks;
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and strategic projects.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business;
- 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Financial Analysis;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Analytical and proactive, with a hands-on mindset and strong communication skills.
