About the Company
Our client is a leading international company based in Liège, experiencing strong and steady growth. To strengthen their Finance department, they are looking for a Finance Business Partner who will act as a true sparring partner to business leaders, supporting decision-making through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
Your Responsibilities
As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the Group’s financial performance:
- Act as a financial partner to business units across multiple entities;
- Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and trends;
- Deliver clear and insightful management reporting;
- Continuously improve reporting processes and tools;
- Build business cases to support growth and strategic initiatives;
- Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure reliability of financial data;
- Support digital transformation and process automation;
- Provide ad hoc analysis to guide operational and strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field;
- As from 4 years of experience in a similar role (Audit, Controlling, FP&A, etc.);
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus;
- Fluent in French and English;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international work environment.
