About the client

Payroll Officer

Our client is an international company based in Liège, currently reinforcing its HR team to support business growth. They are looking for a Payroll Officer to ensure smooth payroll operations and drive improvements across the employee journey.

As a Payroll Officer, you will be a key contact point for payroll and employee benefits, while contributing to HR initiatives and supporting cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

Payroll Officer

  • Manage and process payroll with accuracy and compliance;
  • Act as point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits;
  • Collaborate with external providers (social secretariat, ONSS, etc.);
  • Support HR partners in their daily activities;
  • Contribute to digital transformation projects (Workday, cafeteria plan, etc.);
  • Drive continuous improvement of payroll processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

Payroll Officer

  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation and practices;
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel;
  • Fluency in English.
